Aquilas Djibret is an Ivorian-born pianist, composer, and music producer whose journey through music is a testament to faith, resilience, and raw talent. Born on December 1, 1982, in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, his musical roots run deep—his father was a pastor and guitarist, his mother a church choir singer, and his grandfather with a passion for percussion. From an early age, Djibret was captivated by the sound of the guitar, often watching his father play during church services. His childhood creativity flourished in the streets, where he and his friends crafted rhythms using discarded objects.
